All volunteers must attend an orientation training before they are able to view and sign up for any available opportunities at Florida Children's Museum. YOU MUST SIGN UP BEFORE DAY OF EVENT.
What to Expect:
All orientations will include an in-depth overview of the Museum's docent/volunteer manual and policies, a tour of the museum, basic scheduling and hour log procedure overview, and a safety training. Additionally, tips and tricks for working with children and families will be covered. This is a time for you to ask any and all questions you may have, and to make sure you understand and are comfortable with the program guidelines.
