As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, the Museum serves as a center of the community. Our mission is to curate the world for all children to explore. We are here to serve families. In response to changes in the community, we will change to match those needs.

We hope to inspire the next generation and equip them with confidence, creativity, and a love of learning.

As part of the VIP program at Florida Children's Museum, we offer year-round opportunities for teens and adults to give back in a meaningful way. All VIPs are a very important part of our museum. VIPs are responsible for helping to uphold our mission and promise to the community. Through selecting one of the opportunities below you are helping to ensure the Museum is a fun, safe, and enjoyable space for all our visitors. Before you can begin viewing and signing up for all of the opportunities available to you, all volunteers must complete an orientation.
